We often hear that plant-based diets are the current trend and the future direction. More and more businesses are starting to introduce plant-based products. But what exactly is a whole food, plant-based diet? How does it differ from a vegan diet? A registered dietitian will help answer your questions.

This program will be delivered in Mandarin from 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m., and in English from 7:15 p.m. - 8 p.m. There will be time for questions from the audience during each language session.
