Amplify: Ancient History As Viewed Through Coins
In this lecture, we will present the people and events that shaped history through a unique lens—the fascinating world of coins. Through coins, we can learn about the people who issued them, the events going on at the time, and what leaders wanted their society to see in them. From the very beginning of coinage in ancient Türkiye, right up to the end of the Roman empire, coins provide a hunt for those willing to explore into the depths of history.
