The new year is a time to create a clean slate. Join Ajili Hodari, Esq., a long-time meditator, for this powerful workshop. Ajili has been inpiring audiences to learn and practice this very simple techinque that can provide many benefits. Meditation can bring joy, peace, positivity, and relaxation into your daily life. We will include time for meditation at the end of the program.
