Dr. Manish Saggar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine, and has been practicing meditation for many years. He will discuss how meditation can improve our physical and mental health. This evening you will have a chance to practice this simple technique that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and promote inner growth.
