Want to learn how to make jam, jelly, or preserves? Join the UCCE Master Food Preservers of San Mateo & San Francisco Counties for this introduction to fruit spreads. We'll learn how to make "quick" jam to enjoy right away, and we'll cover safe, up-to-date methods for canning shelf-stable products.
